This notice supplements the Privacy Policy and concerns the rights granted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to data subjects located in the European Union.

Legal bases for processing

• Consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a);
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b);
• Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c);
• Legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f), where applicable.

Rights of the data subject

Under articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

International transfers

Where data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, this takes place only with appropriate safeguards under art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence or workplace (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
